The company adopted a sustainable development policy in 2021.
The policy identifies six key areas of sustainable development activity - environmental responsibility, industrial safety, support of local communities, economic efficiency, charity and human resource management. For each area, priorities and objectives have been approved and are consistent with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
